The full basic course takes 4 hours and offers an introduction to the techniques and philosophy of “Instinctive Archery“. It is for beginners and experienced archers alike an inspiring experience.
Refresher training after a basic course, many of the newly learned skills will be forgotten with time. A refresher course enables the coach to retrain the archers specific skills in 1 1/2 hours.
Advanced courses or individual coaching offer a wider and more comprehensive knowledge of the entire range of topics concerning instinctive archery; this may include such proficiencies as the creation of your own bespoke arrows and the tuning of the bow to deliver comfort and performance.
